Ilona Nelson is a Melbourne based visual artist with work that has always intrigued us. She has been using herself as a model for over 20 years, shooting self portraits, but more recently has been collaborating with other artists.

Her latest project "This Wild Song", looks to be a lifelong project that was created to support and promote female artists and equality within the arts. Her conceptual photographic portraits of Australian female artists are accompanied by an interview and featured on the website. It is a truly amazing visual project that will be a valuable resource for years to come.
