Please note that we only ship to Australia (including Norfolk Island) and New Zealand. (For New Zealand orders, please see our information on how to order here).
If we receive your order before around 1 pm and all the items are in stock it will be shipped the same day. Once your products are on their way, we will email you a shipping confirmation with your parcel tracking details. You can also track the progress of your order via your online Image Science account.
We ship 80% of orders directly from stock, but because we carry a very large range of specialist products, some items need to be ordered from our upstream suppliers. If your order is going to take longer than 3 or 4 business days to dispatch, we will be in touch via email with an ETA.
FOR URGENT ORDERS:
If you’re on a tight deadline and need something urgently, please make your order by phone - (03) 9329 4522, so we can check stock at the time you place your order and provide you with the best information.
Regular Shipping - We use Australia Post eParcel to send most parcels and you may nominate their regular or express service during checkout. We can deliver to PO Boxes addresses via eParcel. Note that eParcel Express is not the same as consumer 'Express Post' - it is an express service that offers significantly better tracking - but does not come with the same guarantee of a refund if overnight delivery does not occur. Should you absolutely need overnight delivery, please contact us for a custom courier quote.
Free Shipping Items - these are typically sent directly from the manufacturer (or distributor) - by courier. They use a variety of different courier services.
Monitor and Printer Orders (only things too large for Australia Post) - orders for large orders, or bulky items such as monitors and printers are sent by road courier. We generally use TNT but it can vary depending on the order content.
FOR ALL COURIER ORDERS:
Please use an address where you will be present during business hours as you will generally need to sign for your package (i.e. no PO boxes). If you are not present, a re-delivery will need to be arranged and you can be charged a fee for this (currently up to $23 - this is the courier's charge, not ours).
We will endeavour to pass on any special instructions to the courier but please note this is often impossible and things like 'leave on veranda' or 'call XXXXXXXX one hour before delivery' will almost always be ignored by the courier companies.
We will send you tracking details as soon as we have them. Occasionally though, with direct deliveries, the product will arrive before we even get these from the supplier.
If you would like to get a shipping quote, simply add the products you wish to order to your cart. Go to your cart and add your postcode in the 'Totals & Shipping' section. Our shipping calculator will work out the cost of your order to ship. This amount will change depending on what products you have in your cart so remember to check back if you add any extra products to your order.
