Image Science accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express (all without surcharge), as well as PayPal and direct deposits/EFT.  

COVID-19:

Please note - like just about everyone else, we have stopped accepting cash, completely, due to COVID 19.   We are open, but not for over the counter orders.  Please process your orders online or by phone. For online orders, you can nominate to 'Pick up from Image Science' as your shipping choice, and when your order is ready for collection we will notify you.  You can then visit our office and call us when you are outside (please do not enter).  Will we bring your order out to you.

Please note that orders will not be processed until payment has cleared, so paying by direct deposit may delay your order by several days.

Do You Offer Credit Facilities?

No, Image Science does not offer credit accounts to any customers and all orders must be paid for at the time of order. Exceptions may be made only for Government institutions, and then only if they are unable arrange payment by credit card or direct deposit.

Returns, Support & Warranties

  • We're happy to provide knowledgeable general support for the lifetime of the product. We're very well known for this.
  • For support with any products, please use the contact form above. We answer all enquiries promptly.
  • Please choose your purchases carefully and ask for advice, as all sales are final. We can not generally accept change-of-mind returns.
  • If we decide we can, entirely at our discretion, accept a return - the product must be in as-sold condition, including full unopened packaging.
  • Hardware is sold with the manufacturer's warranty - most of these are back to base meaning in principle you bear the costs to return the item, however if possible we will encourage the manufacturer to do the right thing.
