Payment Details & Returns

IMPORTANT:  All ordering is now done online - we no longer process sales in-person (over the counter), or over the phone.

This does not apply if you are elderly, or have a physical disability that prevents you from ordering online.  Please call or email us and we will process your order over the phone or send you an invoice via email.

Payment methods we offer

Image Science accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express, as well as PayPal and direct deposits/EFT.  We will be adding buy now, pay later options in the near future.  In the meantime, you can apply for PayPal's Pay in Four service through your PayPal account.

Please note that orders will not be processed until payment has cleared, so paying by direct deposit may delay your order by several days.

Can I go on account with you?

Currently, only government-funded bodies (eg. government departments, schools, archives and libraries) can create an account with us.  Otherwise, all orders must be paid for in full at time of order.

Returns, Support & Warranties

  • We're happy to provide knowledgeable general support for the lifetime of the product. We're very well known for this.
  • For support with any products, please contact us. We answer all enquiries promptly.
  • Please choose your purchases carefully and ask for advice, as all sales are final. We can not generally accept change-of-mind returns.
  • If we decide we can, entirely at our discretion, accept a return - the product must be in as-sold condition, including fully unopened packaging. Please note, a restocking fee may apply.
  • Hardware is sold with the manufacturer's warranty - please read the warranty information available on the product page before purchasing, as it will include the full terms and conditions.  For example, if you are located outside of the service area for Epson printer CoverPlus warranties, you may be required to front the cost of returning the printer to your nearest Epson Service Agent if it is faulty.
