Turn-Around Times

A 'normal' size job is up to around 20 sheet prints (A2 or smaller), up to 10 24-inch roll prints, up to 5 44-inch roll prints, up to 10 frames of film scans or 10 raw artwork scans (A1 and under), or up to 5 print ready artwork scans (A1 and under).

Larger jobs will take longer, sometimes up to double or triple the estimates above. Please call or email us with full details for a specific estimate for your job.

The Fine Print

It's important to understand we don't promise specific turn-around times; we run on a queue-based system, and at any given time we may have many orders ahead of you in the queue.  Sometimes, during quiet periods, we can do lightening quick turnarounds - but please don't count on this to always be the case, as our workload fluctuates. 

Please note, to keep things fair for all our customers, we do not offer an Express or Rush service.

If you do have a rush order, please call us first to see if we can complete it - we might surprise you!  We can sometimes accommodate tight turnarounds, but during peak periods we may not be able to do so.

However, despite all this we promise we're working hard to get your work completed as soon as we possibly can.  As the old adage goes: good things take time! 

Even for small jobs, the minimum turnaround you should plan for is around 3 working days.

If you are planning a large print order for a market, we recommend planning at least two weeks ahead of time, as current turnaround times don't apply to larger orders.
