How To Place An Order From Aotearoa (New Zealand)

We currently don't have the ability to process Aotearoa (NZ) orders directly online, but you can still place an order with us, either by email or over the phone.

If you wish to place an order via email you can do so easily from our website. Add the products you would like to purchase to your cart as normal, then view your cart.   Note that the prices you actually receive will be less the GST component (the total GST, which we will manually remove on the quote, is listed on the cart page).

On the right hand side of the page you will see that you can email your shopping cart to us.

Check the box 'Send to Image Science' and fill out your details including your address & a note in the message box asking for a shipping quote and click 'Email Cart'.

(Note that the minimum shipping charge is AU $35 and it's rarely worth it for single items, so try and consolidate your orders to a few items at a time!).

From here will be able to work out the cost to ship to your address and email you through an invoice for payment via Paypal (with which you can then pay with your Paypal account, or via any credit card).
