How To Place An Order From Aotearoa New Zealand
We currently don't have the ability to process Aotearoa (NZ) orders directly online, but you can still place an order with us, either by email or over the phone.
If you wish to place an order via email you can do so easily from our website. Add the products you would like to purchase to your cart as normal, then view your cart. Note that the prices you actually receive will be less the GST component (the total GST, which we will manually remove on the quote, is listed on the cart page).
On the right hand side of the page you will see that you can email your shopping cart to us.
Fill out your details including your address & put a note in the message box asking for a shipping quote and then click 'Email Cart'.
We'll get back to you shortly thereafter.
From that, we will then be able to work out the cost to ship to your address and will email you through an invoice for payment via PayPal (with which you can then pay either with any credit card, or with your PayPal account should you have one).
Please Note...
- Note that the minimum shipping charge is AU $35, and it's thus rarely worth it for single items, so try and consolidate your orders to a few items at a time.
- Note that you are responsible for any custom duties/fees that may arise at the NZ end - see information here: https://www.customs.govt.nz/pe...
- The gist of the above two notes is that you will want to keep you orders over AU $100 to make the shipping charges worthwhile, but under NZ $1000 to avoid customs/duties
- Payment must be made in AUD (as per the Paypal invoice we send you) - and and conversions charges etc are paid by you.
- We can not and will not under-declare parcel values as the insurance for the shipment is based on these values.
