Textured papers can really suit some images and applications, although generally work best for bigger prints as on smaller prints the texture can overwhelm the image a little, particularly if it's a heavy texture.
Textured papers are probably the most subjective type of paper - it really comes down to personal taste more than anything else, and there are fortunately a lot of options that are really good these days.
Hahnemühle and Canson are the traditional kings of this type of paper, as they've made these sorts of papers for over 400 years now. In 2016 Ilford have released some exciting new options as well, at keen pricing.
Just a tip!
When making prints on textured paper, make sure you leave plenty of whitespace around your actual image before your frame, as it helps the eye feel more comfortable with the texture when it is seen on a plain section of paper as well as the printed section.
It's just one of those psychological tricks that can add a lot to the finished effect of an image!
