There are so many different ways to hang images and art, that when we find a company that has come up with an innovative design we like to let people know about them!
The Curator Company is based in Sydney, with the products made locally in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Their two products – CuratorClip & PhotoCurator are an easy to use, interchangeable, reposition-able solution to displaying your photos and artwork. Designed by Huw Jones to provide a solution to hanging his photos while renting, the picture frames use a removable adhesive called Remo One that does not mark or damage walls and can be removed by simply twisting the wooden rail to the side.
The frames are made with a sustainably sourced bamboo plywood and Gallery Grade Acrylic/Plexiglas. The Acrylic/Plexiglas has a slightly frosted finish, so you may want to print your images slightly brighter than normal. This material does allow you to hang the frames in direct sunlight and prevents 99.9% of UV light from fading the image. We are currently using a CuratorClip frame in our office to display our featured artist blurb – check out how great it looks!
The CuratorClip & PhotoCurator currently comes in A4 & A3 size, but there are plans to develop more sizes and formats. You can purchase them directly from The Curator Company Store online here.

I got 2nd prize at the Julie Milliwick Photography Prize!
I wanted to thank you for doing such a fabulous job on the print. It was wonderful to see the exhibition print on the wall.
I am particularly delighted that we were able to hold so much detail in the shadows and I like the matt powdery finish. I had lots of questions about the paper.
