Ordering Information
If you are looking to redeem ICC profiles that came free with your Epson printer purchase, you do not need to make an order. Please follow the steps outlined here, skipping Step Two - Order Online.
Here's a quick summary of how this works:
- Submit your online order.
- Print your profile target using the step by step instructions here.
- Send your profile target into us or drop it into our North Melbourne office.
- We'll keep you up to date as we process your order (note our current turnarounds).
- Important: We have a 12 months submission cut off (from date of order) - for ICC profile target prints - this is because it costs us significantly to maintain the complex path to ICC profiles (machinery, process development, training, the elaborate and precise but ever-changing process instructions required due to the never-ending operating system and driver changes).
