Monitors With Apple Macs and Sleep Issues

If you're having an issue with your monitor not waking from sleep properly, it is often cable related - particularly with Apple Macs.

Your Mini-DisplayPort Cable and/or Mini DisplayPort to DisplayPort adapter must be fully VESA 1.1a compliant. Read this support note from Apple here.

We have extensively tested cables, and we carry both a display port cable (2m) and an adaptor that should generally solve the issue and a far more reliable than Apple's own options.
