Shipping of Orders with Back-Ordered and/or Coming Soon Products

At Image Science, we keep a lot of stock of a lot of different things.

If we happen to run out of stock of an item you've ordered, or it's a rarer item we don't keep on the shelf, then we get it in, which takes a day or two.

Thus, we quote our standard fulfilment time as about 3 business days, but in reality about 85% of orders (especially for popular things) - actually ship the same or next day, directly from our stock.  There's much more about this in our full terms and conditions.  And, as ever, if you really do need something urgently, we suggest you get in touch to check stock before making your order.

We also list items that we know are on back-order or are coming soon - i.e. yet to be available for sale, but are available for pre-order.  If we don't have a relasonably reliable ETA for things, then we make them unavailable on the site.

The key point to understand is that we only ship your order once all items on the order are available.

This means, if you order a back-order or pre-order item with other items, those other items will be delayed until the back/pre-order items become available.  So, we suggest that you make separate orders, if this is an issue for you. 

If you do happen to make an order with delayed items, and then realise you really need the other items earlier - you will need to contact us to let us know, and then we can work out the extra charges that will be required for the extra shipment.
