Blue Mountains illustrators and writers come together to tell some of the stories and legends of the mountains in a collaborative exhibition aptly named ‘Black and Blue’.
The illustration work featured in the exhibition was created using a limited colour range of black, white and blue, with each piece relating to a story or legend of the mountains.
Our client Faye Wilson (whose work titled ‘Falling’ features below) has coordinated, directed and contributed illustration work toward the exhibit, along with 15 other artists with backgrounds in poetry, story telling and illustration.
‘Black and Blue’ opens on Friday the 16th of May at the Blue Mountains Cultural Centre in Katoomba (30 Parke Street, Katoomba NSW 2780) and closes on the 24th of June.
The exhibition opening will also mark the launch of the Varuna and Sydney Writer’s Festival.
Full details on ‘Black and Blue’ are available on the exhibition page.

Thanks for your reply. It is wonderful to get such wonderful service and technical support! What a novelty these days! I really appreciate this! It is hard living in the country and not being able to go directly to a place to such as yours for a chat & to see products first hand.
You have a customer for life here. Yes, I am very happy with the monitor. Just needing to play with some of the settings now and am likely to have some more questions. Thanks you once again for your support!
