Bill Lane’s upcoming exhibition Dream Homes, is a seemingly straight forward photographic essay of night photographs of suburban houses, but on closer inspection delves deeper into looking at the concept of the Australian ‘dream home’ and what form these dreams take.
Bill’s images have been printed at a large scale on 24 inch Canson Platine, which has intensified the glowing, quiet and surreal aesthetic created through the long exposures. Dream Homes is on from 13th – 30th August 2014 at Trocadero Art Space, with the opening on Saturday 16th August from 4pm.
