Mid 2021, X-Rite have announced that their range of monitor calibrators, and their ColorChecker calibration cards, will now be handled by a separate company, Calibrite.
The products will be labelled as 'Calibrite, powered by X-Rite' - and will come from the same production line etc. - it is (at least so far) purely a cosmetic re-brand as X-Rite focus on the professional print space, and Calibrate will focus on Photographers, Designers, and Film-makers.
We've been assured that there will be no immediate changes to the product range or support scenarios.
All the X-Rite i1 Pro range (i.e. not the monitor calibrators, but i1Basic, I1Publish etc) - remain unchanged.
You can safely purchase the existing stock of X-Rite branded ColorCheckers and i1Displays, knowing that support and software etc. will continue as normal. (Calibrite themselves are still supplying X-Rite branded stock at this point in time so it may be quite a few months before the re-branded products even appear).
You can read the official statement on this here.
One bonus of this change is that support and the latest software downloads should now be a lot easier to find, as the X-Rite website is notoriously difficult to navigate and unclear.
Software (under the new 'i1Profiler' -> 'ccProfiler' etc. branding) can be found here.
Support resources can be found here.

I received my print today and I just wanted to let you know how incredibly happy I am with the outcome.
The print itself is beautifully done, and the small fixes you made to the scan are perfect. The care taken with the packaging also ensured entirely damage-free delivery. This may be Image Science’s standard operating practice, but having sent a few prints out before with less than great results, I want to assure you the care and attention is greatly appreciated.
So, thank you for being such a great service, and you can expect a number of further printing jobs to head your way shortly.
