I think we can all agree that 2021 didn't quite turn out how we'd all hoped - if we're going to be honest, it was more like 2020 take two!  

So in light of yet another tough year, we're going to be closed for a bit longer than usual this holiday season.  Our doors will close for three weeks this Christmas period for a much needed break and to recharge our batteries for a hopefully much more normal 2022!

As ever, we'll do our best to help you where we can but be aware there are all sorts of supply and shipping issues that are outside of our control, and we do typically experience very significant volume increases in the last quarter.   Please be patient and flexible with us as we attempt to navigate through these unusual times!

Christmas Break

We close: 5.30pm on Tuesday 21st December
We return: 9.30am Wednesday 12th January

We’ll be working & posting orders right up to until we close, but if you would like something delivered before Christmas we strongly encourage you to place your order as early as possible - and to select Express Post - because stocks do run low, and deliveries are taking much longer this year due to the effects of Covid.

Australia Post has information on cut-off dates - but this year in particular we have seen Australia Post routinely fail to fulfil their promises...so the earlier the better really is the way to go in these strange times.

Orders for Products

We recommend you make your order as soon as you possibly can because this year we can make no specific promises with Australia Post delivery times.  We're seeing (some) AusPost shipments experiencing significant delays, and we therefore unfortunately cannot guarantee a specific cut-off date for delivery before Christmas.

If you are making a product order later (end of November onwards) - in hopes of having it delivered before Christmas, it is best to call us to check if we have stock first. We sometimes need to order in stock to fulfil orders, which can delay your shipment for up to 3-4 business days.

As always, we recommend you choose 'Click and Collect' or Express Post as your shipping option at this time of year, especially so in light of the current AusPost delays.

Please do be aware that other than providing the parcels to the shipper, and the tracking details to you, there really is nothing we can do to speed things along further once the deliveries are with the shippers. We understand that it is frustrating when deliveries are delayed, but unfortunately this is completely outside of our control and the best thing to do is to be patient during these strange times (and to make your order as early as possible!).  

Services Cut-Offs for Christmas

If you offer print sales to customers, we strongly recommend you keep stock on hand to cover the next few months, as everything is likely to get very busy, even if you normally print-on-demand/drop-ship.  

To guarantee completion of the work before our Christmas break (n.b this is our part - performing the services - and does not factor in the possible shipping delays):

  • Normal sized fine art printing, film scanning, Artwork Reproduction (Raw Scans only) and custom profile orders - submit by Wednesday 15th of December.  
  • Ready To Print Art Reproduction - submit by Wednesday 8th of December.

Please refer to our current turn-around times for services here.  

Again, we recommend 'Click and Collect' or choosing Express Post if at all possible. 

If you are needing your order shipped we are unable to confirm a precise cut-off date this year for guaranteed delivery before Christmas due to AusPost Covid-related delays.  We strongly recommend ordering as soon as you possibly can, and selecting Pick Up or Express post if at all possible.

During and After The Break

You can of course keep submitting orders while we are closed and we will get to them as soon as we get back on the 12th January - just keep in mind that there will be a back log of orders so it might take a little longer than normal to ship!
